You will receive questionnaires in advance to map out your complaints and other relevant factors.
INTAKE​
During the intake, we'll take the time to discuss and examine your symptoms. Often, a diagnosis can be made and a treatment plan developed.
TREATMENT
When multiple specialists are needed, we work within a multidisciplinary team. After the intake, you will receive a referral from the dentist specialized in 'Orofacial Pain & Dysfunction', if necessary, to the practitioner who best suits your needs.
EVALUATIONS
We monitor your progress and adjust the plan as necessary.
